Borough Market has an exciting opportunity for a limited number of new traders to join our ranks and to share in our love of food and market trading.
We are creating a number of new pitches and are looking for producers and traders that are experts on their produce and would be committed to providing our customers with the best food and the best service.
Applications are welcomed from all sections of food production: growers, makers, merchants and caterers; we are particularly interested in:
• businesses that practice and can show sustainability and provenance through accreditation with for example Slow Food, Soil Association Organic, Pasture for Life;
• Community projects and Social enterprises;
• businesses that are Local to London ie within M25.
