Veg innovations in Australia
The new product development process for vegetables in both the UK and Australia is the focus of a new guide I have co-authored with consultant Hazel MacTavish-West. Following research across both territories the Vegetable Innovation ‘How To and Resource Guide’ will be launched in Melbourne at the Vegetable Innovation Workshop I am running with Hazel on 31 August .
