With over 30 years of experience working across the food industry, both in the UK and overseas, I have a proven track record as a food consultant, helping producers, brand owners, innovators, and retailers develop and refine their ideas and find the fastest, most cost-effective route to market.

In fact, I’ve been helping food companies develop their business strategies, pinpointing attractive market opportunities and connecting people in the industry since 1996!
