The hospitality business growth programme is for any cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, takeaways, and street food businesses that have been trading for more than 2 years and would like support to revitalise and grow their business.
Under the name Re-Charge it is being fully funded by Wandsworth Council for 50 businesses in the Borough.
Everything we share is tried and tested in the industry now by our experts, and we break it down into simple steps you can take yourself to strengthen your business, no additional spend on experts is required.
After each session you will be asked to implement what you learned on your own business and come to the next session with that to build on.
We also ask for individual feedback after each session so we can adapt the programme to give you all you need.
At the programme halfway point in November we check in with you all in groups to ensure everyone is progressing and to provide additional support and information where needed.
At the end of the programme we have 25 one hour , one-to-one online session to discuss your completed business growth strategy and ensure you have all you need to move forward successfully. These will be offered to businesses who have actively attended every session, implemented the what they learned and have completed all their feedback questionnaires too , so we know it can have maximum impact for their business.
